Organisations who are adopting Agile Scrum from start have to be well prepared for the Change .
Scrum is Bottom up Approach but to Adopt Scrum should be a Top Down Approach.
Adding to what Ken Schwaber mentioned in his book " The Enterprise and Scrum" to adopt Scrum 2 TaskForce Team and few very enthusiastic Project Teams required at start:
>>first Enterprise Transition Team (ETC)- who decides the change pattern in organisation
>>second is the Scrum Rollout Team : this is again a Taskforce who will be responsible for doing adoption of work and causing the enterprise to change.
>> third is the Scrum Development team that our core team who will now implement scrum . In start this team should have composition of highly motivated , swift , smart and enthusiastic people who understands and welcomes the change.
Then these 2 taskforce keep updating their backlog to refine the Scrum in organisation as if scrum has layed a playing field and Rules for the Game now teams are competing and refining themselves with more coaching , training and better team work
